Graced Coaching is your personal coach which advises on Fitness, Nutrition and Sports Conditioning. Any body type, weight, build, fitness level, motivation level, age, gender, religion welcome.
In other words EVERYONE.
We are an organization born to inspire anyone who has lost their hope. Our mission is to turn your focus away from difficulties, hurt and distraction and inspire you to use that sadness, frustration, hopelessness etc to build strength and character, physically, spiritually and emotionally, so you will be able to run the race for the eternal prize, Jesus Christ. Hebrews 12:1-2a (amp) “Therefore then, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who have borne testimony to the Truth], let us strip off and throw aside every encumbrance (unnecessary weight) and that sin which so readily (deftly and cleverly) clings to and entangles us, and let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us. Looking away [from all that will distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith [giving the first incentive for our belief] and is also its Finisher [bringing it to maturity and perfection].”
Graced Coaching is a Christian Coaching company but we are here for ANYONE.
Origin “Originally the name was just race but without God a race is just a race and with God it is Grace and my story is covered in God’s Grace therefor the company name Graced. I feel that life is constantly being compared to running a race and it couldn’t be more true. When running we are faced with obstacles, wind from the front, doubt that you can make it, pain from the hard work etc., and so it is in life, but there’s also the good stuff, the pushing through and making it to the end to win the price, people cheering you on and the getting stronger so next time you’ll be able to see the finish line without much distractions. That’s the kind of life I want to live and encourage others to live, facing the hardships, but in expectation of the goodness.”

Fitness The Bible says this in 1 Corinthians 9;24-27 AMP “[Do you not know that in a race all the runners run [their very best to win], but only one receives the prize? Run [your race] in such a way that you may seize the prize and make it yours! Now every athlete who [goes into training and] competes in the games is disciplined and exercises self-control in all things. They do it to win a [h]crown that withers, but we [do it to receive] an imperishable [crown that cannot wither]. Therefore, I do not run without a definite goal; I do not flail around like one beating the air [just shadow boxing]. But [like a boxer] I strictly discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached [the gospel] to others, I myself will not somehow be disqualified [as unfit for service].” I love this verse so much, who wouldn’t like running or any any difficulty for that matter after reading this, it gives so much purpose!
Instead of hopelessness, hardships gives me hope and this is how: Romans 5:3-5 (AMP) ” And not only this, but [with joy] let us exult in our sufferings and rejoice in our hardships, knowing that hardship (distress, pressure, trouble) produces patient endurance; endurance, proven character (spiritual maturity); and proven character, hope and confident assurance [of eternal salvation]. Such hope [in God’s promises] never disappoints us, because God’s love has been abundantly poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” That is why I would like to use my profession to change lives and make them run towards a prize, whatever the price may be that God has in store for them.
Nutrition God gave us food for nourishment, it is fuel to our bodies, without it your body in which you have to live your God-given life with a purpose cannot reach its destination! Not only that but food is intended for communion, and building relationships. God says that He is preparing a feast for us at the end of our journey. Why a feast if food was not important? Lastly Jesus even compares Himself to bread. “I am the Bread of Life [that gives life–the Living Bread].” John 6:48 AMPC So food should be something beautiful, something life giving and satisfying! God gave us food to use for good: “So then, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you may do, do all for the honor and glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31 AMPC He gave food to us and not us to food! I would like to guide people towards the right mindset and tools to use food as God intended!
